Common Questions
What Homeowners Ask Us
Yes. Impeccable Remodel holds a valid Georgia General Contractor license and carries $2 million in general liability insurance as well as workers' compensation coverage for all employees. We can provide copies of all certificates upon request. Every subcontractor we bring onto a project is also required to hold their own licensing and insurance.
Every project is priced individually based on its specific scope, materials, and complexity. After an in-person consultation, we provide a fully itemized written quote detailing every line item — labor, materials, permits, and any contingencies. There are no surprise charges or hidden fees. The price we quote is the price you pay, unless you request scope changes during the project.
Absolutely. We pull all required building permits through the appropriate Atlanta or county jurisdiction and coordinate all required inspections throughout the project. You never have to worry about compliance — that's our responsibility. Working without proper permits can cause serious issues when selling your home, so we never cut corners on this.
Timelines vary significantly based on the project type and scope. As a general guide: a bathroom renovation typically takes 2–4 weeks; a full kitchen remodel 4–8 weeks; a room addition 8–16 weeks; a full home renovation 3–6 months. We provide a specific project schedule in your quote and keep you updated throughout. We are known for finishing on time — or ahead of schedule.
For most projects — kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, flooring, painting — you can remain in the home. We take extra care to seal off work areas and clean up each day so your daily life is disrupted as little as possible. For major structural work such as room additions, full gut renovations, or whole-home remodels, we'll discuss the best plan for your situation during the consultation.
We use a milestone-based payment schedule tied to project phases, so you only pay as work is completed — never all upfront. A typical structure is: a deposit upon contract signing, payments at key completion milestones, and a final payment only after your full satisfaction at the walkthrough. We accept check, ACH transfer, and major credit cards. We can also connect you with financing partners if needed.
Yes — we offer an industry-leading workmanship warranty on all labor. Additionally, all materials and products we install carry their manufacturer's warranty, which we transfer to you. If any issue arises from our workmanship after the project is complete, we come back and make it right at no charge. The specific warranty terms are outlined in your contract.
In most cases, yes. We are happy to install client-supplied materials and fixtures. However, please note that we cannot warranty client-supplied materials themselves — only our labor installing them. We also recommend discussing your selections with us before purchasing to ensure everything is the correct size, type, and grade for your project. We have preferred supplier relationships that can often save you money on premium materials.
Changes happen — it's a natural part of renovation. If you'd like to modify the scope, materials, or design during the project, we handle this through a written Change Order. The Change Order details the modification, its impact on cost (if any), and its impact on the timeline. You review and approve before anything changes. We never perform additional work without your written consent.
Yes, we specialize in both residential and commercial renovation. Our commercial division handles office fit-outs, retail buildouts, restaurant renovations, medical office upgrades, and more. Commercial projects often have strict code requirements, ADA compliance needs, and accelerated timelines — we have extensive experience navigating all of these while keeping your business operational.
Our schedule fills up quickly, especially in spring and fall. For smaller projects like bathrooms or flooring, we can often start within 4–8 weeks. For larger projects like kitchens, additions, or full renovations, we recommend reaching out 2–4 months in advance to secure your preferred start date. Contact us as soon as you're thinking about a project — the consultation is free and there's no obligation.
We have in-house interior design consultants who can guide you through the entire design process — from space planning and material selection to finish choices and fixture sourcing. This is included as part of our full-service offering. If you already have a designer or architect, we're happy to work directly from their plans and specifications as well.
